Refund policy.
How cancellations and refunds work for Echo subscriptions. We want you to pay for Echo only while it’s genuinely useful to you.
SUMMARY
The short version
✓Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
✓14-day money-back on any charge if Echo isn’t working for you.
✓Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
BILLING
How billing works
Merchant of RecordEcho’s paid plans are sold and billed through Paddle.com. Your receipts come from Paddle, and Paddle processes any refund back to your original payment method.
Free tierEcho has a free tier (no charge, nothing to refund). Paid plans are billed through Paddle and are covered by this policy.
CANCEL

How to cancelCancel anytime from your Echo account or via the link in any Paddle receipt email.
What happensYour plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and you are not charged again. We do not pro-rate partial periods on cancellation.
REFUNDS
Refunds
14-day money-backIf you’re not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund that payment in full.
After 14 daysLater requests are reviewed case-by-case — for example, a clear service fault or an accidental renewal you contact us about promptly.
Annual, multi-year & lifetimeFor longer plans the 14-day window runs from the date of each charge.
Bring-your-own-key plansBYOK plan fees follow the same rule. Amounts you paid directly to third-party AI providers are between you and that provider; Echo can’t refund those.
REQUEST
How to request a refund
By emailEmail support@echolocalize.xyz with the email used at checkout and your Paddle order or receipt number.
Through PaddleYou can also request a refund directly from the receipt email Paddle sent you.
TimingApproved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
DISPUTES
Chargebacks
Talk to us firstIf something’s wrong, contact us — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute.
Effect on accessOpening a chargeback may suspend your access while the dispute is investigated.
